Services
- Makeup and Beauty Services
- Payments for makeup and beauty services are non-refundable once the service is completed.
- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns and provide a solution.
- Advance Bookings
- Advance booking fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduled appointments if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur additional charges.
Products
- Return Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased during sales or special promotions.
- Refund Process
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Workshops and Training
- Workshop fees are non-refundable once the workshop has started.
- If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 5 days before the event to be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the fee).
